纵轴式截割头截齿工作角度的确定及工艺实现

摘要:

为了给截割头的设计及加工提供理论支撑和工艺方法,结合截齿工作角度的定义,提出了动态、静态截割角和动态、静态倾斜角的概念,并推导出了数学计算公式;推导出了截齿齿根的空间坐标求解公式,为三维设计建立了理论基础;最后设计了一种齿座焊接时截齿定位工装,其可以按照截齿的设计数据对其进行精确定位。这将对截割头的设计、加工有着重要的理论指导意义。

Abstract:

In order to provide theoretical support and process methods to the longitudinal cutting head design and manufacture, combination the defined of pick’s working angles, the concept of dynamic, static cutting angle and dynamic, static tilt angle were put forward, and their formulas were derived. The formula of spatial coordinates of pick’s root was derived, they are theoretical basis for the three-dimensional design of cutting head. One kind of pick positioning tooling was designed, picks can be positioned accurately by the pick positioning tooling according to the design data. These studies have important theoretical and practical significance for design and manufacture of cutting head.
